You’ve been attending classes regularly, you really enjoy the mental and physical benefits that you feel from yoga and would love to practise at home but you don’t know where to begin. Or you get on your mat and find you do the same things over and over again, you want to do more but you don’t know what to do.

- What a home practice looks like
- The basics behind a balanced home yoga practice
- Overcoming obstacles to get on your mat (besides Lego and other toys)
- Small sustainable ideas that will keep you going
