A yoga workshop is a fantastic opportunity to explore and deepen your yoga practice.
Join me for a weekend in Taupo and discover how yoga can help relieve the effects of stress, build strength and awareness and elevate your sense of wellbeing.
I am super excited to be teaching a weekend workshop in Taupo at the end of May. I will be hosted by the amazing Heather Sharplin at her absolutely gorgeous yoga studio – The Yoga Tree Taupo. It is a calm, beautiful oasis in the heart of Taupo.
What you can expect
The weekend will start with a gentle welcoming session on the Friday evening where participants can recover from the week, their travels and I will give an overview of the weekend to come. Saturday has a morning and afternoon session where we will dive deeper into certain practices and principles of yoga that elevate and support wellbeing. Sunday morning will be a culmination of the various aspects from the weekend providing participants with ideas for practice to take home with them. During the weekend, I will be guiding you through each session, ensuring that you receive personalised attention and adjustments to maximise and suit your practice.
If you have been doing yoga for a while and are looking for a way to replenish and revitalise yourself, then join us in the picturesque town of Taupo. The weekend will aim to restore and rejuvenate your body and mind. A weekend workshop is also an ideal time to connect with like-minded individuals, learn from others, and make new friends.
